Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist will be responsible primarily for end-to-end recruitment, while also supporting HR operations, employee administration, and general administrative activities.
This is a hands-on role suited to a young, driven and goal-oriented HR professional who enjoys taking ownership and working in a fast-paced startup setting.



You will work closely with leadership and hiring managers to understand requirements, build candidate pipelines, manage the interview process, and help us hire high-quality talent across SAP, Data & Analytics, Cloud, AI, and other technology areas.
As the company grows, this role will have the opportunity to expand into broader HR responsibilities and play an important role in building our HR function and processes.

Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment: Own the recruitment lifecycle from understanding hiring requirements through sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, offer rollout and onboarding.
Technical Recruitment: Source and recruit candidates across SAP and other technology areas including Data & Analytics, AI and software development.
Candidate Sourcing: Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, employee referrals, professional networks and other channels to build strong candidate pipelines.
