Role Overview
We are looking for an MIS Executive – Recruitment who will be responsible for managing recruitment MIS, dashboards, trackers, data analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Advanced Excel, recruitment data management, and the ability to convert recruitment data into meaningful insights for management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment MIS and dashboards.
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers covering open positions, submissions, interviews, selections, offers, and joinings.
Consolidate data from multiple recruiters/teams and ensure data accuracy.
Prepare productivity, funnel, TAT, ageing, and hiring performance reports.
Track recruiter-wise and client-wise recruitment performance against targets.
Generate management reports and highlight key trends, gaps, and action areas.
Maintain real-time status of demands and recruitment pipelines.




Support recruitment teams with data analysis and ad-hoc reports.
Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with recruiters for timely corrections.
Automate repetitive MIS activities wherever possible using Excel.
Maintain proper documentation and version control of recruitment reports.
Support management in preparing presentations and business reviews.
Must-Have Skills
3–5 years of experience in MIS/Reporting, preferably within Recruitment/Talent Acquisition/RPO.
Solid proficiency in MS Excel, including:
Pivot Tables & Pivot Charts
VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
INDEX-MATCH
IF/COUNTIF/SUMIF formulas
Conditional Formatting
Data Validation
Dashboard creation
Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and hiring lifecycle.
Experience managing large volumes of recruitment data.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
