Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in Sonipat. The Human Resources Executive will support day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, managing HR documentation, and assisting with onboarding and exit processes. The role involves coordinating recruitment activities,



supporting performance management cycles, and helping implement HR policies and procedures. The individual will handle employee relations queries, assist in resolving workplace concerns, and contribute to engagement and welfare initiatives. The position also requires close collaboration with other departments to ensure compliance with labor laws and alignment with organizational standards and practices.
