Role Description The Production Manager is a full time role responsible for overseeing daily production operations at the Vapi facility in a hybrid work arrangement, where some tasks can be performed from home. The role includes planning and scheduling production, coordinating waste collection and recycling processes, and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards. The Production Manager will supervise production staff, manage workflow and resource allocation,



monitor equipment performance, and address operational issues to maintain efficiency. The position also involves tracking production metrics, preparing reports, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the recycling operations. Regular on-site presence in Vapi is required to lead teams, conduct inspections, and ensure smooth plant operations.
Qualifications
Experience in production management, plant operations, or manufacturing supervision within waste management, recycling, or related industries.
Knowledge of industrial waste handling, recycling processes, safety protocols, and environmental compliance standards.
Strong skills in planning, scheduling, and resource management, with the ability to optimize workflows and production timelines.
