Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Shirpur.



The specialist will identify and qualify current business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients in pharmaceutical, biotech, agro, and research sectors, and promote Omsynth Lifesciences’ R&D; products and impurity services. Daily activities include conducting market research, generating and following up on leads, preparing proposals, and coordinating with internal technical and operations teams to tailor solutions for client requirements. The role also involves maintaining a sales pipeline, participating in client meetings and presentations, gathering customer feedback, and contributing to business growth strategies.
