For a real estate developer based at Mulund west, we are looking to hire a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to oversees project accounting, cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and statutory compliances like RERA and GST. This leader drives financial modeling for new property developments, manages bank and investor relations, and builds management reports for executive leadership.

Responsibilities:

Project Finance & Modelling: Build financial models to test project feasibility, internal rate of return (IRR), and cash flow viability for current commercial or residential sites.

Budgeting & Variance Analysis: Oversee annual budgets, track project life-cycle costs against actual spend, and run sensitivity analyses.

Regulatory & Statutory Compliance:



Manage sector-specific laws including Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) escrow accounts, GST on joint development agreements (JDAs), and corporate tax filings.

Treasury & Fund Raising: Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for construction loans, debt servicing, and working capital management.

Financial Reporting & MIS: Deliver monthly profit and loss statements, consolidated balance sheets, and management information systems (MIS) data for the board

Qualifications
Qualified CA
6 to 8 years of post-qualification finance experience, with a solid background in real estate, construction, or infrastructure.
