The Role
Great client servicing is more than managing timelines and taking briefs. It's about understanding the client's business, knowing what they're trying to achieve,



asking the right questions, and bringing the right people together to make it happen.

As a Client Servicing Executive, you'll be the key link between our clients and internal teams, managing day-to-day relationships and ensuring marketing, creative, digital, and technology projects move smoothly from brief to delivery.

You'll translate conversations into clear, actionable briefs, manage expectations, keep teams aligned, and take ownership of projects through execution. We're looking for someone who can build client confidence while also being a strong internal partner to our creative, content, strategy, performance, and technology teams.

This is an agency role through and through, so prior hands-on experience in an advertising agency environment is essential.
