Role Description The Co-Founder role at Serene MINDS is a full-time, remote position responsible for driving strategic growth, operations, and partnerships for the platform. On a day-to-day basis, the Co-Founder will refine and execute the business strategy, oversee product and service enhancements, and coordinate with cross-functional collaborators and advisors.



This role includes building and nurturing relationships with psychology professionals, academic institutions, and potential partners, as well as shaping marketing and sales initiatives to expand the user base. The Co-Founder will also monitor performance metrics, conduct market and user research, and support fundraising and investor communications as needed. The person in this role will work closely with existing founders to strengthen the company’s mission, culture, and long-term vision.
Qualifications
Solid Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to understand market trends, user needs, and performance data.
Excellent Communication skills for working with founders, partners, psychology professionals, and stakeholders.
Demonstrated Sales and Marketing skills to grow the platform, acquire users, and build brand visibility.
