Role Description The Territory Head is a full time, on-site role based in Chandigarh, responsible for driving sales performance and market growth within the assigned territory.



This role involves leading and mentoring a sales team, setting targets, and monitoring daily sales activities to achieve business objectives. The Territory Head will manage key customer relationships, oversee dealer and distributor networks, and ensure effective implementation of sales strategies and promotional campaigns. The role also includes reviewing territory performance, analyzing market trends, coordinating with service and operations teams, and maintaining compliance with company policies and standards. Regular reporting, territory planning, and active participation in local marketing initiatives are essential to ensuring sustained growth and strong customer satisfaction.
