Role Description The Sales Specialist role is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Sales Specialist will engage with prospective and existing clients, understand their real estate needs, present suitable property options,



and guide them through the decision-making process. Daily tasks include conducting client meetings, responding to inquiries, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and opportunities in CRM or other tracking tools. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders (such as developers and financial institutions), participating in property visits, and supporting marketing and promotional activities to drive sales. The Sales Specialist is expected to meet sales targets, provide high-quality customer service, and represent Assettrust’s values of transparency, ethical conduct, and client-centric advisory.
