? Location: Hyderabad/Vizag/Visakhapatnam
Key Responsibilities
10+ years of overall WFM experience with strong Retail WFM background.
Strong understanding of retail workforce planning and labor management processes.
Experience with WFM applications such as UKG, WorkForce Software, SAP WFM, or similar platforms.
Robust functional and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to independently lead WFM activities and provide SME-level guidance.




Lead and support Retail WFM implementations and support activities.
Provide expertise across workforce planning, scheduling, forecasting, time and attendance, and labor management.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into WFM solutions.
Lead functional discussions with business stakeholders and offshore teams.
Support configuration, testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
Review processes and recommend improvements to optimize workforce operations.
Prepare functional documentation and support knowledge transfer.
