This role sits at the intersection of both ventures, giving a fresh graduate hands-on exposure to marketing in a fast-
growing, recent-age entertainment business.

Role Summary
We're looking for a Performance Marketing Associate to join our in-office team in Kolkata and drive performance and
brand marketing efforts in the microdrama space. This role offers 0-2 years experienced marketers the chance to own
campaign execution, competitor analysis, and promo creation, while working closely with the creative and promo teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate with the creative team to source, review, and manage ad creatives and assets for marketing campaigns.




• Work closely with the Promo Team to craft hooking promos designed to drive conversions.
• Conduct regular competitor analysis and market research to track trends across the microdrama and digital
entertainment space.
• Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels.
• Assist in brand marketing initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across campaigns.
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, using data to inform and refine marketing strategies.
• Build a strong understanding of the microdrama industry and how the business model works, end to end.

Must-Have Qualifications
• BE + MBA in Marketing preferred, ideally from a Kolkata-based B-school.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work comfortably with data and market research.
• Genuine interest in performance marketing and curiosity about the microdrama/digital entertainment business.
