? Hiring: Task & Process Mining Analyst – Healthcare Claims

Are you a Business/Process Analyst with strong Healthcare Claims experience and hands-on exposure to Process Mining, Task Mining, and RPA automation?
We’re looking for a Task & Process Mining Analyst – Healthcare Claims with 5+ years of experience to help transform healthcare claims operations through data-driven process discovery and intelligent automation.

? What You’ll Work On
• Analyze end-to-end healthcare claims processes using Process & Task Mining
• Identify bottlenecks, rework loops, manual touchpoints, process variants, and compliance gaps
• Analyze EDI 837/835, eligibility, prior authorization, adjudication, remittance, denials & appeals
• Build process mining dashboards, conformance models, and data-driven as-is process documentation
• Identify and prioritize RPA/AI automation opportunities
• Develop ROI models, business cases, PDDs, and automation requirements
• Partner with UiPath developers and architects from process discovery through automation implementation




• Work closely with claims SMEs, billing teams, payer/provider stakeholders, and IT teams

✅ Must-Have Skills
• 5+ years in Business/Process Analysis, including 2+ years in Healthcare Claims Operations
• Hands-on experience with UiPath Process Mining / Task Mining or equivalent tools such as Celonis, Minit, or Disco
• Strong knowledge of the Healthcare Claims lifecycle
• Experience with EDI 837/835, eligibility, authorization, adjudication, denials & remittance
• Experience with process mapping/documentation tools such as Visio or Lucidchart
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and business-case/ROI skills
• Knowledge of HIPAA/PHI requirements
• Exposure to RPA/UiPath automation lifecycle
