Role Description The Sales Intern role is a full-time on-site position based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The intern will support the sales team by identifying potential clients, assisting with lead generation, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales tracking tools. Day-to-day responsibilities include communicating with customers, preparing basic sales reports and presentations, following up on inquiries,



and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely responses. The intern will help with customer service activities, such as addressing routine queries, sharing product information, and collecting feedback. The role also involves learning about specialty chemical products and market segments through on-the-job training and participation in internal meetings.

Qualifications
Solid Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
Interest in Sales and Sales Management, including learning how to manage pipelines, support negotiations, and contribute to revenue growth.
Ability to participate in and benefit from Training, with a willingness to learn about specialty chemicals, industry applications, and sales processes.
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfort using digital tools or CRM systems.
