What you'll actually be doing

Your #1 job is simple:
Build the Uniq You community and make the brand impossible to ignore.
We don't want a pretty Instagram grid with motivational quotes and “Happy Women's Day ” posts.

We want a community that:
Waits for our next post.
Wants to be featured by us.
Tags us without being asked.
Has opinions about what we should launch next.
Fights in the comments about which design is better.
Feels like they're part of something before everyone else catches on.





You'll be responsible for:
Turning Uniq You into a brand people actually want to follow.
Building and nurturing our community across Instagram and whatever platforms matter next.
Creating content that makes people stop scrolling, react, share and talk.
Spotting trends before they become “brand trends.”
Working with creators, customers and the Uniq You team to create internet-worthy moments.
Turning customer conversations into content and content into conversations.
Experimenting. A lot. Some things will flop. That's part of the job.
Knowing the difference between content that looks cool and content that actually grows a brand.
Making our followers feel less like an audience and more like insiders.

You might be perfect if…
You already have a robust Instagram, YouTube, TikTok or online community of your own OR you've helped build one.
You're chronically online. (For once, this is a professional qualification.)
