ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is a full time role in Dehradun. The Performance Marketer will plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across search, social, and display focusing on ROAS, CPA, and conversion rate.




Day-to-day responsibilities:
Conduct audience and keyword research
Set up tracking and analytics
Build and test ad creatives and landing pages
Manage campaign budgets
Analyze performance data and generate actionable insights
Prepare reports for stakeholders
Collaborate with creative, content, and web development teams to improve funnel performance
Continuously run A/B tests, refine targeting, and ensure campaigns align with client objectives and the agency's growth strategy
Pay: Up to ₹55,000.00 per month
REQUIREMENTS
3–5 years hands-on with Google + Meta, with proven experience at ₹50L/month+ spend (agency or in-house)
You've personally scaled lead-gen and or e-commerce campaigns not “assisted”
Experience running ads in Western markets (US/Canada/UK/EU) alongside Indian accounts you understand the difference in CPMs, buyer behaviour and compliance
Fluent with Business Manager, GA4, convers
