A fast-scaling enterprise tech partner in the IT Service Management (ITSM) and digital transformation space, we architect, implement, and optimize ServiceNow solutions for global clients across finance, healthcare, and manufacturing. Our team thrives on turning complex business processes into automated, scalable, and user-centric ServiceNow experiences — leveraging platform expertise, low-code innovation, and DevOps-driven delivery to power mission-critical IT operations. Role & Responsibilities

Design, configure, and deploy end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CSM, and ITOM modules — from requirements to go-live and beyond.
Develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations using Server-Side (GlideRecord, Script Includes) and Client-Side (UI Policies, Business Rules) scripting.
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems (e.g., Azure AD, Jira, Slack, SAP) using REST/SOAP web services and MID Server patterns.
Lead code reviews, enforce platform governance, and automate deployments through ServiceNow Update Sets or CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps,



GitHub Actions).
Optimize system performance, troubleshoot escalated incidents, and proactively resolve platform stability or scalability bottlenecks.
Mentor junior developers and collaborate with product owners to align technical delivery with business KPIs.
