Role Description
The Business Development Executive role is a full time, on-site position based in Dehradun. The individual will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships and managing deal closures. Day-to-day responsibilities include reaching out to leads, preparing proposals, conducting client meetings and presentations,



and maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams, such as Marketing and Operations, to align business development initiatives with company goals, and representing the company at events and industry forums.

Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of 1+ year of experience.
Candidates should possess strong sales skills and the ability to grow the client base.
Candidates should possess business and account management skills to manage relationships, negotiate terms, and ensure client satisfaction.
Candidates should have effective communication skills and confident presentation abilities.
Relevant experience in sales or business development, preferably in the automotive, manufacturing, or technology sectors, will give candidates an edge in the interview.
