You’re the big brother/sister we never had. The one responsible for taking our younger siblings under your wing and teaching them everything they need to know about quants. You guide them, you mentor them, but most importantly - you make sure they're ready for whatever comes their way.
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare course material (video lessons, study notes, practice questions, etc.) for the students enrolled in our IPMAT preparation programme.
Conduct highly engaging live classes and doubt-clearing sessions for the students. Incorporate real-life examples and analogies to make the concepts easier to understand.
Maintain a student-friendly attitude at all times and create a healthy learning setting.
Monitor the progress of the students and provide feedback/suggestions for improvement.
Skills & Experience Required
Qualified CAT / XAT / GMAT or any other equivalent exam with top ranks / 99+ percentiles in the quantitative aptitude section. (mandatory)
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics / Statistics / Engineering or any other relevant field from a leading Indian or international institution. (optional)
Prior experience as a faculty or in content development for Quantitative Aptitude.
Outstanding communication and people skills; Excellent camera presence.
Computer literate, proficient with MS Office Suite and MathJax/MathML.
Neat and legible handwriting.
Remuneration
Depending on the skills and prior experience, the remuneration for this position will be ₹10-14 Lakhs/annum.
