JOB TITLE: FARM SALES MANAGER

As a Farm Sales Manager, you are the critical link between a customer’s interest and their final investment. You are the face of the brand on the ground, responsible for welcoming people to our estates and guiding them through the most significant part of their journey: the site visit and the final handshake.

The Role: From Walkthrough to Wealth This is a high-impact sales role centered on the final mile. Our marketing and pre-sales teams spark the initial interest and schedule the visits. Your job begins the moment a customer arrives at the gate.

Key Responsibilities:

The Site Experience: Conduct immersive project walkthroughs. You must clearly explain the product value, soil health, long-term ROI, and the lifestyle benefits of owning managed farmland.
The Art of Negotiation:



Navigate pricing discussions and payment structures with confidence. You are responsible for handling objections and creating win-win closure strategies.
Relationship Management: Build deep trust through transparent communication. You will address all customer concerns to ensure a smooth booking.
Revenue Ownership: Own and achieve your monthly and quarterly sales targets. You aren't just managing a process; you are driving revenue through successful deal closures

Who You Are A Master Negotiator:

You understand the psychology of high-ticket buyers. You know how to trade value and close deals with integrity.
A Storyteller: You can articulate the vision of a productive, sustainable farm and help customers see the long-term potential of their investment.
A Proven Closer: A graduate with 3–5 years of experience in real estate (plots, villas, or farmland) with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
