Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can independently drive new business, build strong client relationships, and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships. You'll identify business opportunities, understand client challenges, and position Growth Hackers' digital marketing solutions effectively. You'll work closely with internal teams to ensure client requirements are translated into impactful marketing strategies while contributing to overall revenue growth.
This role is ideal for professionals with a proven track record in business development, client acquisition, and consultative selling within a digital marketing agency .



It offers a clear growth path into Senior Business Development Manager or Business Development Lead roles.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Lead Generation Identify, engage, and generate current business opportunities through research, networking, outbound outreach, referrals, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other sales channels.
Consultative Selling Understand client business challenges, marketing goals, and digital requirements to recommend tailored marketing solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Sales & Revenue Growth Own the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and qualification to proposal submission, negotiation, closure, and account handover. Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Proposal & Pitching Prepare and deliver customized proposals, presentations, and digital marketing pitches to key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationship
