Role Description The Customer Support Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad. This role involves responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and providing timely, accurate information about Zybra’s products and services. The specialist will troubleshoot issues, offer technical support for the app, and guide users through features and best practices. Day-to-day responsibilities include documenting customer interactions, escalating complex issues to relevant teams, and contributing feedback to improve the product and customer experience.



The role also requires maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communication, empathy, and follow-up.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills, with experience handling inquiries and resolving issues.
Excellent Interpersonal Skills for clear, respectful, and empathetic communication with diverse customers.
Ability to provide Technical Support, including basic troubleshooting and user guidance for software or apps.
Analytical Skills to understand customer problems, identify patterns, and suggest practical solutions.
Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; additional local language skills are an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Prior experience in SaaS, fintech, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
