Role Description This Business Development Executive internship is an on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. The intern will support the growth of Quillance’s career acceleration programs by identifying potential partners, generating recent leads, and assisting in building a strong client pipeline. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching target markets, reaching out to prospective clients or institutional partners, maintaining relationships with existing accounts,



and documenting interactions in CRM or tracking tools. The intern will collaborate with the business and marketing teams to prepare pitches, presentations, and proposals, as well as support follow-ups and basic account coordination activities. The role also involves contributing to feedback collection, updating reports, and participating in meetings to align business development efforts with organizational goals.
