About the Role
We're looking for a talented Zoho Developer to design, customize, and maintain our Zoho One ecosystem. You'll play a key role in translating business needs into automated, scalable workflows — building custom solutions, integrating third-party platforms, and keeping our Zoho environment running smoothly, securely, and efficiently. Key Responsibilities
Customization & Solution Design: Build custom modules, fields, layouts, views, and dashboards in Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications tailored to specific business needs.
Automation: Write clean, productive Deluge scripts and configure blueprints and workflows using Zoho Deluge and Zoho Flow to automate repetitive tasks and streamline operations.
Integration: Connect Zoho applications with external platforms and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and webhooks.
Administration & Security: Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, data sharing rules, and system backups across the Zoho One suite.




Quality & Maintenance: Troubleshoot technical issues, test system updates, and maintain data integrity through regular database cleanup.
Support & Training: Develop simple, clear training guides and support internal teams or clients in adopting standardized workflows.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience customizing and implementing Zoho applications.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Zoho Deluge scripting, with working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Ecosystem Knowledge: Practical experience with core Zoho apps such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Desk, or Zoho One.
API/Integration Skills: Solid understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and web service integrations.
Education: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications (BCA/MCA/B.Tech), or equivalent practical experience.
