Role Overview:
We are looking for our Founding Supply Chain & Operations Lead to build and lead Project Noon’s end-to-end supply chain and operations function. This is a high-ownership leadership role where you won't just manage operations, you'll establish them.



From designing planning systems and inventory processes to building relationships with manufacturers, logistics partners, warehouses, and overseas suppliers, you will lay the operational foundation for the business as it scales.

The role covers planning, procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics, fulfilment, order management, technology implementation, and operational excellence across D2C, E-commerce, and Quick Commerce channels.

This role reports directly to the Founder and offers significant opportunities for growth as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities:

Supply Chain Strategy & Planning

• Build and own Project Noon's end-to-end supply chain strategy.

• Establish scalable planning systems including demand planning, supply planning, S&OP; and inventory optimisation.

• Build processes from the ground up that support rapid growth and future expansion.
