Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Chef role based in Nashik. The Chef will plan and prepare daily menus across Yoova’s brands, focusing on nutritionally balanced, flavorful dishes and low-calorie desserts. Responsibilities include supervising food preparation, ensuring consistency and quality,



maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and managing kitchen inventory and cost-effective sourcing. The Chef will collaborate with the management team to develop new recipes aligned with the brand’s health-focused concept, train kitchen staff on standards and procedures, and support smooth service during peak hours. The role also involves monitoring customer feedback to refine dishes and contribute to ongoing menu innovation.
Qualifications
Culinary skills in hot and cold kitchen operations, including preparation of healthy meals and desserts.
Knowledge of nutrition, portion control, and creating balanced, low-calorie recipes without compromising taste.
Experience in menu planning, food costing, and inventory management for cafés, cloud kitchens, or similar formats.
Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene standards, and compliance with local regulations.
