Role Description The Sourcing Manager – Channel Sales is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru North,



responsible for driving business growth through strategic channel partner acquisition and management. This role involves identifying, onboarding, and nurturing relationships with brokers, agents, and other channel partners to achieve sales targets for Lodha’s projects. The Sourcing Manager will monitor market trends, analyze channel performance, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and project teams to design effective partner programs and campaigns. Daily tasks include conducting partner meetings and site visits, delivering product and value proposition presentations, negotiating commercial terms within defined guidelines, and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting. The role also requires maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified partners, providing timely feedback to internal stakeholders, and upholding Lodha’s standards of service, compliance, and brand representation.
