Flitz Interactive is seeking motivated MBA graduates and freshers to join our team as Sales Development Representatives (SDR) within our IT sales division.
This role is well suited to individuals looking to establish a career in technology sales, with a strong emphasis on structured learning, professional development, and mentorship.

Position Details
Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR) – IT Sales
Location: Ahmedabad (On-site)
Eligibility: MBA Graduates / Freshers
Compensation: ₹3 LPA – ₹5 LPA
Training: 3-month structured onboarding and training program (stipend provided during training)

Key Responsibilities
– Identify and qualify new business opportunities
– Engage with prospective clients and generate qualified leads
– Communicate the company's value proposition effectively




– Collaborate closely with the sales and business development team

Candidate Requirements
– Solid communication and interpersonal skills
– A willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced sales environment
– An MBA degree (freshers are welcome to apply)
– A proactive, results-oriented approach with an interest in technology and sales
