Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Jhansi. This role focuses on identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and expanding the company’s presence in target markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, preparing and delivering proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with delivery and technical teams to ensure successful project handover.



The Business Development Manager will analyze market trends, maintain an updated sales pipeline, and report regularly on performance metrics and revenue forecasts. The role also involves representing Skillancer at meetings, events, and client visits to promote the company’s digital services and build long-term partnerships.
Qualifications

Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, and deal closing.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships, with effective stakeholder management and customer service skills.
Solid understanding of digital services and IT concepts, with the ability to translate technical solutions into clear business value.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, and meet revenue and growth targets.
