About the role
We are looking for a Sales Executive to drive revenue for our Industrial IoT platform — connecting machines, plants, and people through real-time data. You will sell into manufacturing, energy, utilities, and process industries, helping plant leaders reduce downtime, improve OEE, and digitize operations.
This is a consultative, solution-led sales role. You will own the full cycle: prospecting, discovery on the shop floor, pilot (PoC) design, ROI justification,



commercial negotiation, and handover to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Pipeline & Prospecting
Build and own a territory plan targeting manufacturing plants, OEMs, and industrial groups.
Generate qualified pipeline through outbound outreach, trade shows, industry associations, and referrals.
Map accounts across the buying committee: Plant Head, Maintenance/Reliability Manager, Production Head, COO, and IT/OT leadership.
Solution Selling
Conduct discovery visits at customer sites to understand machine assets, existing automation (PLC/SCADA), and operational pain points.
Translate technical capability — condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, energy monitoring, OEE dashboards, edge connectivity — into measurable business outcomes.
Build ROI and business-case models (downtime cost avoided, energy savings, throughput gain) to justify investment.
