We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sr.Business Development Executive responsible for driving new business growth, lead generation, and client acquisition. The role focuses on identifying market opportunities, building a solid sales pipeline, and converting prospects into long-term customers.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic/international markets
Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and market research
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product pitches
Manage end-to-end business development cycle: lead generation → qualification → negotiation → closure
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and execution
Track and report sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts
Analyze market trends,



competitor activities, and customer needs
Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable)

3–5 years of proven experience in Business Development / Sales
Strong expertise in lead generation and new client acquisition
Excellent communication and client-handling skills
Ability to pitch, negotiate, and close deals independently
Strong understanding of sales pipeline management
Target-driven with high ownership and accountability
Proficiency in CRM tools / Excel for tracking and reporting
Good-to-Have Skills (Preferred)

Experience in pharma,Food,Chemical industries
Exposure to international markets or export sales
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Experience in strategic market expansion and opportunity identification
Ability to create proposals, presentations, and business pitches
Field sales experience and client visit exposure
