Role Overview
We're hiring a Marketing Lead – Growth to build and own the growth engine for WellM and our client wellness brands. You will drive performance marketing, funnel optimisation, and CRM-led lifecycle marketing across India and the Americas — working directly with the founders to convert marketing into measurable revenue outcomes.




WellM is an AI-first company — we build our own AI-powered CRM and marketing automation platform, 007. We're looking for someone who embraces AI tools and AI agents as enablers, automates the repetitive, and multiplies their own productivity.

What You'll Do
Performance & Growth Marketing
• Design, execute, and scale paid acquisition campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging channels
• Own CAC, ROAS, and conversion metrics — build, test, and optimise full-funnel journeys
• Run structured growth experiments across social media, LinkedIn, Youtube, landing pages, creatives, audiences, and offers
• Understanding of creation of funnel through workshop delivery which leads to conversions
• Manage WellM clients presence on social media across mediums for a 360 marketing approach

CRM, WhatsApp & Email Marketing
• Build and optimise WhatsApp campaigns for lead nurturing, re-engagement, and retention (Interakt, Gupshup, or similar)
