About The Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager specializing in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations to join our Mumbai-based team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment processes,
particularly focusing on sourcing niche and leadership profiles within the financial services sector. Additionally, the HR Manager will oversee the smooth functioning of HR operations, ensuring compliance, employee engagement, and process efficiency. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of building strong talent pipelines and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
