About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager / Business Analyst (Agile/Scrum) to join our agile team at JRD Systems. This role is pivotal in managing and delivering complex technology projects that align with client and organizational goals. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into technical solutions while ensuring project delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.



This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on diverse projects involving application development, cloud integrations, and enterprise system enhancements, all within an Agile environment.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project management and business analysis, with a proven track record of delivering technical projects. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field is required. Certifications such as PMP, CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP, CBAP, or PRINCE2 are highly preferred. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, as well as experience with DevOps practices and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau, will be advantageous.
