About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Instructor / Engineering Mentor Intern to guide and mentor interns across Backend, Frontend, AI/ML, and Flutter domains. You will assign technical tasks, review submissions, conduct daily progress meetings, and support interns in solving technical challenges while following industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
• Mentorship: Assign role-specific technical tasks and mini-projects while guiding interns throughout their learning journey.
• Evaluation: Review submissions, evaluate performance, and provide constructive technical feedback.
• Progress Tracking: Conduct daily stand-up meetings and monitor intern progress, task completion, and overall performance.
• Technical Support: Resolve technical doubts and implementation challenges across assigned domains.
• Best Practices: Guide interns on coding standards,



development workflows, and version control practices.
Required Skills
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Backend Development, Frontend Development, AI/ML, or Flutter.
• Understanding of Git/GitHub.
• Valuable communication and mentoring skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Leadership mindset with the ability to guide and support team members.
Educational Qualification
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI/Data Science, or a related field.
