About The Role

At 1Cell.AI, every patient case is a person navigating a challenging cancer diagnosis. As a Patient Support Associate, you will serve as a vital link between patients, healthcare providers, and internal teams, ensuring a seamless and compassionate experience throughout the diagnostic process. Your role involves managing each oncology case from the initial order to report delivery, maintaining clear communication and meticulous coordination at every step.

Qualifications

1-4 years of experience in healthcare, diagnostics, oncology coordination, patient support, or related healthcare operations.
Educational background in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related field.
Strong emotional resilience to handle sensitive patient and caregiver conversations with empathy, clarity, and professionalism, often during stressful situations.
Proven ability to take ownership of cases, solve problems efficiently, and coordinate effectively across multiple teams.
