As we continue to expand our academic programs and partnerships, we are looking for an HR Manager who can play a key role in attracting, developing, engaging, and retaining high-quality talent.

Who are we looking for?

An HR professional who:

* Has strong HR experience, preferably within the education / EdTech / academic services sector
* Has hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement and HR operations
* Understands the unique challenges of faculty and academic talent management
* Is dynamic, energetic and people-oriented, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Can work closely with leadership while also being approachable and connected with employees
* Is comfortable working in a fast-growing, performance-driven organization




* Takes ownership and believes in execution and closure, not just processes
* Can help us build a strong culture of accountability, learning and qualified growth
