Take ownership of complete on-site execution of residential interior projects from start to final handover.
Interpret approved drawings and translate design concepts into accurate site execution.
Organize and monitor daily site activities to maintain project schedules and deadlines.
Coordinate with the design, production, procurement, vendor, and installation teams.
Manage and supervise carpenters, electricians, painters, fabricators, and other subcontractors.
Verify site dimensions and ensure all measurements match approved drawings before execution.
Plan material requirements, coordinate deliveries, and monitor material consumption at site.
Inspect workmanship and finishing at every stage to maintain the required quality standards.
Identify execution issues early, provide practical solutions, and minimize rework and material wastage.
Communicate with clients regarding site progress, requirements, and execution-related concerns.
Coordinate BOQ requirements, material quantities, billing inputs, and project-related documentation.
Prepare regular site updates, progress reports,



checklists, and completion records.
Ensure proper site safety, cleanliness, material handling, and adherence to company standards.
Conduct final quality checks and coordinate snag rectification before project handover.

Requirements:

1–4 years of experience in residential interior site execution.
Practical experience in modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, false ceilings, and related interior works.
Valuable understanding of interior materials, hardware, installation methods, and finishing standards.
Ability to interpret architectural/interior drawings and execute work accordingly.
Knowledge of site measurement, BOQ, material estimation, and basic billing processes.
Strong communication and coordination skills with clients, vendors, and site teams.
Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Capable of independently managing site activities and meeting project deadlines.
