Job Title : Analyst Graphic Design Services

Reporting to : Associate Process Manager - Operations

Job Description:

Personiv an eClerx company is hiring for Analyst An ideal candidate must possess
solid communication skills, with an ability to listen and comprehend
information and share it with all the key stakeholders, highlighting
opportunities for improvement and concerns, if any. He/she must be able to work
collaboratively with teams to execute tasks within defined timeframes while
maintaining high-quality standards and superior service levels. The ability to
take proactive actions and willingness to take up responsibility beyond the
assigned work area is a plus.

Roles and responsibilities:

 Providing consistent, high-quality graphics and design work including but not
limited to image clear cutting, masking, color correction, retouching and
layouts using Adobe tools and other applications.

 Deliver consistent, high-quality graphics and design work to the
specifications, satisfaction,



and deadlines of clients.

 Regularly consults with assigned supervisor/s regarding the scope of work of
existing and new clients.

 Performs related work as required by your immediate supervisor or senior
management.

 Keeps abreast with the latest updates and developments in the Adobe suite of
products and able to adapt to new design and imaging techniques.

 Perform other duties, functions, and/or responsibilities as may be assigned to
you by the Company, or your superiors.

 Taking the updates from team leader and executing the updates.

 Supporting to shipping team in preparation of final shipping files.

 Handling the awareness product as per the customer specifications.

 Handling the customer’s escalation and quickly fulfilling the requirements.

 Meeting the highest performance matrix level
