About the Role
We are looking for an Senior Accounts Executive to join our Kolkata office. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable, invoicing, GST-related activities, bank entries, reconciliations, and day-to-day accounting operations. The candidate should be proficient in TallyPrime.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day Accounts Receivable activities
Prepare and process sales invoices accurately and on time
Generate e-Invoices through the GST Portal
Maintain customer ledgers and ensure all receivable transactions are recorded accurately
Record customer receipts and other relevant accounting entries
Track outstanding invoices and follow up on pending payment




Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
Handle bank entries and bank reconciliation
Record sales, receipts, credit notes, debit notes, and other accounting transaction
Verify invoices and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness
Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documentation
Assist with GST-related accounting and ensure timely completion of related activities
Perform regular ledger scrutiny and reconciliation
Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
Prepare receivables reports and outstanding statements as required
Coordinate with internal teams regarding billing, collections, payments, and other accounting matters
Ensure all accounting entries are updated accurately and on time in TallyPrime

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Relevant experience in Accounts Receivable / General Accounting
Hands-on experience with Ta
