About the Role
Amigo CropScience Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and results-driven B2B Sales Manager to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in B2B sales , preferably within the agrochemical, agricultural inputs, pesticides, fertilizers, or related industry .
The candidate will be responsible for developing recent business opportunities, managing existing B2B clients, building strong dealer/distributor relationships, and driving sales growth across assigned markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue and business targets.
- Identify and acquire new dealers, distributors, institutional buyers, and business clients.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients and channel partners.
- Generate leads, conduct meetings, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
- Understand market trends, customer requirements,
and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, product availability, and customer support.
- Maintain regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
- Explore new markets and business opportunities for the company's agrochemical products.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B Sales .
- Experience in the agrochemical/agri-inputs industry will be strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of dealer/distributor networks and B2B sales processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong business development and target-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and travel as required for client/dealer meetings.
- Candidates currently based in or willing to work on-site in Delhi are preferred.
