Job Title: Software Asset Management

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 2 to 3 years

SCOPE OF WORK
Assign tickets received from service desk and users for software requirements.
Follow the approval process and seek business justification wherever required.
Raise software requests to SAM team on behalf of users
Communicate users on current progress and next steps forward related to their requests.
Share relevant information with the service desk related to particular software requests as and when requested.
Coordinating with SAM and deployment team for application to reflect in users catalogue for installation.
Software Asset Management Analyst, person to work on SAM Daily Operations requests.
Tracking of all software licenses and applications. Perform Software License Audits, handling user requests and escalations. Handle user requests for software and licenses.
Process tickets within SLAs and escalate if required, Perform software licensing audit and governance activities to avoid risk.
Knowledge on ITSM tools and ITIL Preferred.
