Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Insurance Agent role based in Mumbai. The Insurance Agent will engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their health insurance needs,



explain policy features, and recommend appropriate Niva Bupa products. Responsibilities include generating leads, conducting sales meetings, completing policy documentation, and supporting customers through the enrollment and claim processes. The role involves collaborating with branch teams and ecosystem partners, maintaining accurate records in company systems, and meeting defined sales and service targets. The Insurance Agent will also stay updated on product changes, regulatory guidelines, and market trends to provide informed guidance to customers.
Qualifications

Strong skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance, with the ability to explain health insurance products clearly and recommend suitable coverage.
Knowledge of Insurance Brokerage and Finance, including basic understanding of pricing, premiums, and regulatory requirements.
