Role Description The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including prospecting potential clients and building a strong sales pipeline for interior solutions. The Business Development Executive will conduct lead generation activities, qualify prospects, deliver presentations, and participate in client meetings to promote Iceil Stretch Ceilings’ products and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client accounts, maintaining relationships with partners such as architects and designers, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. The role also requires tracking sales performance,



providing market feedback, and contributing to strategies that expand the company’s presence in the region.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust New Business Development and Lead Generation skills to identify opportunities and build a sustainable client pipeline.
Candidates should possess Business and Account Management skills to manage client relationships, drive sales, and support long-term partnerships.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to present solutions, negotiate effectively, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Relevant experience in interiors, architecture, construction, or related industries is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Chennai, travel for client meetings as needed, and meet sales targets consistently.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency with CRM tools, MS
