Mechanical , Electrical, civil Design Engineer

Plans and creates safe, productive Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems for buildings. They design HVAC, power distribution, water supply, and fire safety layouts, perform technical calculations, and use software like AutoCAD and Revit to coordinate blueprints with architects.

Key Responsibilities
System Design: Create layout plans for HVAC, plumbing, drainage, lighting, and power distribution.
Calculations: Run thermal load, lux level, and hydraulic sizing calculations.
Coordination: Work with architects and structural teams to resolve 3D model clashes.
Code Compliance: Follow National Building Codes (NBC) and local safety standards.

Documentation: Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) and technical specifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical and Civil Engineering.
Software: Advanced skills in AutoCAD,

1-2 Years Experience required
