Key Responsibiliti

es:
Draft, review, and manage legal documents including NDAs, MoUs, contracts, and vendor/customer agreeme
nts.Conduct legal research on laws, regulations, and compliance requirements relevant to aerospace, defense, labor laws, and corporate governa
nce.Maintain and organize legal records, contracts,



and case files in a systematic man
ner.Assist in ensuring compliance with government regulations, export control laws, and defense sector polic
ies.Support in coordinating with external legal counsel for litigation, IP protection, and regulatory matt
ers.Track contract lifecycles, deadlines, and renew
als.Prepare briefs, summaries, and legal correspondence for internal stakehold

Requirem
ents:Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or related field (LLB preferred, diploma in paralegal studies accepta
ble).5–8 years of experience as a Paralegal, Legal Associate, or in a corporate legal
team.Solid understanding of contract management and corporate legal proce
sses.Familiarity with defense/aerospace regulations, compliance, or government contracting is a
