Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive, highly driven, and organized individual to join our team as a Program Management Intern – Clinical Hiring.
The role will involve supporting the clinical hiring program across Psychiatrists, Therapists, and Patient Relationship Managers (PRMs). You will be responsible for coordinating hiring activities, managing candidate data, driving follow-ups, and ensuring smooth movement of candidates through the hiring pipeline.
This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in program management, healthcare recruitment and talent acquisition within a fast-paced startup setting.
