Project Staff - Software Quality Assurance Engineer

About the project:

Required skills and qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
3-5 years of proven experience as a quality assurance engineer, software tester, or similar role with expertise in manual and automated testing.
Proficiency in programming languages like C++, Java, Python, NodeJS, JavaScript to build and run automated test scripts.
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies,



tools (Selenium, JUnit, TestNG), and frameworks.
Experience of Embedded systems testing, Gazebo, Qt QML / Qt Quick and C++ development.
Experience with performance testing tools (LoadRunner or JMeter).
Knowledge of security testing practices and tools in India.
Understanding of database management systems and SQL for data verification.
Experience of documentation of end to end Test Plans, Release Plans, Test Execution setup, Configurations and Scenarios and publishing Test Results to stakeholders.
Understanding of continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and version control systems like Git.
A curious mindset with a willingness to quickly learn new technologies and testing tools.
Prior experience of manual and automated testing of Desktop based applications and Mobile applications is preferred.
