Role Description The Back Office Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Vadodara.



The person in this role will handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as data entry, document verification, and maintaining accurate records for client applications and internal systems. Responsibilities include preparing and organizing client files, coordinating with front-office and counseling teams, and ensuring timely updates to case status and communication logs. The Back Office Executive will support visa and admission processes by checking forms for completeness, tracking application milestones, and following standardized procedures to meet compliance and quality standards. The role also involves responding to internal queries, generating basic reports, and contributing to smooth office operations and professional client service delivery.
