Role Description The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building strong client relationships for Wxit’s digital marketing and technology services. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads,



conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts in alignment with company objectives. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to understand service offerings, tracking market trends, and maintaining accurate sales reports and performance metrics. This is a full-time, in office role based in Noida, requiring close coordination with sales and delivery teams to support revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong skills in lead generation, prospecting, and sales pipeline management.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships, conduct effective presentations, and handle negotiations.
Knowledge of digital marketing, web development, and mobile app services to communicate value propositions clearly.
Proficiency in basic CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and maintaining accurate sales documentation.
